This project was one of the company’s earlier adaptive reuse projects, converting a 1920’s synagogue into 40 multifamily apartments across studio and 1-bedroom apartments. Original details such as wide terrazzo staircases, arched windows, stained glass, and exposed brick still preserve the project’s original architecture.
