The Lawrence House

The Lawrence House, built as a luxury apartment hotel, has been a cornerstone of life since its construction in 1928. The FLATs design team restored the building’s original skylight, mosaic pool tiling, and terrazzo flooring as well as establishing an open lobby that acts as a free co-working space, adjacent to retailers such as a coffee shop and bar. Additional amenities include a backyard open to the public, a rooftop lounge and communal kitchen for residents, and a 6,000-square-foot fitness center including the fully restored pool and a boxing ring.
