This is Cedar’s second asset in Minneapolis’ North Loop warehouse district. This project will convert 500,000 SF of warehouse space into apartments and 40,000 SF of commercial space. 6th & 3rd will include Cedar’s most robust amenity package to date: dedicated co-working space, a full gym with locker rooms, 2-lane bowling alley, as well as a rooftop pool, terrace, and ice rink. Construction to commence in 2021.
